Bezzaar Refund Policy

At Bezzaar, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds: Available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Store Credit/Exchanges: Offered if you simply change your mind (conditions apply).
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Digital downloads
    • Personalized/custom-made products
    • Items marked “Final Sale”

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a refund.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@bezzaar.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)
  2. We’ll send return instructions (e.g., prepaid label or return address).

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if preferred).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Contact us first to confirm stock.

7. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
