1. Delivery Policy
Shipping Areas
- We deliver nationwide to all major cities and towns in Pakistan.
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery: Estimated 3–7 business days (varies by location).
- You will receive tracking details via SMS/email once your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery: On orders above PKR 2,000.
- Flat Fee: PKR 150–300 for orders below PKR 2,499 (depends on location).
Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Timeframe: Request within 7 days of delivery.

Return Reasons
