At Bezzaar, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
- Refunds: Available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Store Credit/Exchanges: Offered if you simply change your mind (conditions apply).
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Digital downloads
- Personalized/custom-made products
- Items marked “Final Sale”
2. Timeframe for Returns
- You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a refund.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@bezzaar.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)
- We’ll send return instructions (e.g., prepaid label or return address).
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if preferred).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Contact us first to confirm stock.
7. Damaged/Defective Items
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
