  Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery: On orders above PKR 2,000.
  • Flat Fee: PKR 150–300 for orders below PKR 2,499 (depends on location).

  Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

  2. Return & Exchange Policy

  We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
